In collaboration with cult local dessert darling Dapiku and acclaimed Teochew & Cantonese restaurant Pure Gem, QT Singapore transforms into a festive playground of refined dining and sweet indulgence this Chinese New Year.

Dapiku brings its much-loved, locally inspired creations to the hotel lobby with a festive pop-up, featuring Chinese New Year favourites alongside an exclusive sweet created just for QT. The celebration continues at Cygnet, where Dapiku’s cakes take centre stage on our roving dessert trolley, adding a little theatre and a lot of flavour.

These desserts are also available à la carte and may be enjoyed independently of the Chinese New Year set menus.

Cygnet also presents specially curated Chinese New Year set menus that marry Pure Gem’s heritage flavours with our chef’s contemporary creations – available for both lunch and dinner.
